The Hoshizaki HS-3557 bottom support universal pan slides are made of sturdy stainless steel that resists bending and bowing from the weight of full sheet pans. Installing these pan slides inside a refrigerator or freezer provides a secure, stable support system for pans full of food in a temperature-controlled space. When installed, these pan slides can accommodate one baking pan or two hotel pans.
