Hoshizaki HS-5189 13 5/8" Side to Outer Divider Bar for Commercial Series CRMR48 8, 12, 16, & 18 Pan CRMR Units

The Hoshizaki HS-5189 adapter bar gives users control over the sizes and shapes of pans in their prep tables. With this bar in the top rail of the prep unit, users can utilize a series of small pans instead of a single large pan. It's designed to go on the outer edge of a pan array.
