To create ice quickly and efficiently, the Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ3 ice machine head has a CycleSaver™ design. Its water-cooled condenser operates with R404A refrigerant to create as many as 1,360 pounds of ice daily in ideal conditions. However, if the ambient temperature of the room rises to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, the ice machine will only make 1,355 pounds per day. Streamlining the installation process and reducing the risk of cross contamination, the compressor is self-contained

The Hoshizaki KM-1301SWJ3 crescent-cube ice machine head has an EverCheck™ alert system that informs users if something is hindering the unit's ability to operate. It is protected with H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial€”an agent that slows the growth of bacteria to ensure clean and fresh ice. Its evaporator is made of stainless steel so it won't corrode, and the stainless steel exterior is durable for high-volume use.
