The Hoshizaki KMH-2100SWJ3 ice maker creates crescent cube ice, which is great for serving in cups of soft drinks and blending into smoothies. Because its self-contained condenser is cooled by water, this unit can help establishments that already have water-circulating chiller machines to reduce electricity use. It's protected with H-Guard Plus® antimicrobial agent to prevent the growth of bacteria and mildew.

In ideal conditions, the Hoshizaki KMH-2100SWJ3 ice machine head can produce as much as 2,060 pounds of crescent cube ice per day. Its durable exterior enables it to be stacked with other units to maximize production in a minimal footprint. Made of stainless steel, its exterior is strong and resists corrosion and dents.
