Hoshizaki PR67B-D2 67" Steelheart Pizza Prep Table w/Refrigerated Base, 115v
Constructed of stainless steel, the Hoshizaki PR67B-D2 Steelheart pizza prep table has two drawers and one self-closing door that stays open when pushed back 90 degrees. Both drawers accommodate 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pans, and the door section features two adjustable shelves. The refrigerated base keeps ingredients close, while the polyethylene cutting board provides space for preparing pizzas and sandwiches. Equipped with 6-inch casters (two braking), this unit measures 67 inches wide by 331/4 inches deep by 431/4 inches high.
The Hoshizaki PR67B-D2 pizza prep table has a solid-state controller that adjusts the rail temperature between 16 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit and the cabin temperature between 28 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold air stays inside the unit because of its 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation. The unit's digital display shows internal temperatures, which are maintained with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and to extend its service life, the evaporator has an epoxy coating.
