Hoshizaki PR93A-D4 93" Steelheart Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The top rail section in the Hoshizaki PR93A-D4 Steelheart prep table holds 12 third-size, 4-inch-deep pans. Mounted in front of the rail section, the full-width cutting board is deep enough to accommodate pizzas. This table's base has a refrigerated cabinet with four drawers and one door section; the drawers each hold two full-size pans and the door section has two adjustable shelves. The drawers and door have flush-mounted handles that don't occupy aisle space.

The interior and most of the exterior of this Hoshizaki PR93A-D4 pizza prep unit are constructed of stainless steel€”a durable metal that resists rust, dents, and scratches. It can be installed flush to other equipment because it takes in and lets out air from its front. This unit's refrigeration system is self-contained and uses eco-friendly hydrocarbon refrigerant. It has a digital temperature controller and LED display that can show the level in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
