Hoshizaki PR93A-D6 93" Steelheart Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Hoshizaki PR93A-D6 Steelheart prep table is engineered for pizza prepping with 12 third-size pans in the top rail and an extra-wide cutting board along the front. Its refrigerated base provides storage space for additional ingredients in six drawers. Altogether, these drawers can hold 12 full-size pans. They have flush-mounted handles that don't protrude into the aisle, taking up space.

This Hoshizaki PR93A-D6 refrigerated prep unit's refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It works with a digital controller and its LED display enables staff to monitor the temperature level, with a readout in Fahrenheit or Celsius. If the temperature moves out of the safe holding range, the system alerts nearby users with alarms. Because the system is front breathing, it doesn't need side or back clearances and can be placed against other equipment.
