The cabinet doors have a stay-open design for loading products and removable magnetic gaskets for simple cleaning. Each cabinet section has two shelves that are adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments. Constructed of stainless steel on the interior and exterior, this table is durable and designed with a polyethylene cutting board.

The Hoshizaki PR93B pizza prep table has four 6-inch casters and measures 93 inches wide by 33¹/₄ inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high overall. Built with a front-breathing design, operators can place this unit in a corner or against a wall. To adjust and maintain temperatures throughout the cabinet and rail, this table has a dual controller system, LED display, and temperature alarms. Its 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation reduces cold air loss.
