Hoshizaki PR93B-D2 93" Steelheart Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Constructed of stainless steel, the Hoshizaki PR93B-D2 Steelheart pizza prep table is corrosion, rust, and dent resistant. The unit's two doors and two drawers grant access into the refrigerated based where operators can store ingredients, dressings, and sauces. The cutting board and food rail streamline food preparation and assembly. With a self-closing design, the table's two doors close if accidentally left open, and both drawers hold two full-size plans, which aren't included with the unit.

Provided with a dual controller system and LED display, operators can control the temperature levels throughout the Hoshizaki PR93B-D2 pizza prep table's rail and cabin. The rail's temperature can be set between 16 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit, and the cabin's temperature range is 28 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit uses a natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to reach low temperatures, which leaves a small impact on the environment; to maintain a consistent chill, this table is insulated with polyurethane foam.
