Equipped with a ¹/₂-inch-thick polyethylene cutting board, the Hoshizaki PR93B-D6 Steelheart pizza prep table is ideal for food preparation and assembly. The six drawers are made of stainless steel for longevity and each accommodate 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch food pans, which are sold separately. Fitted with four 6-inch casters for mobility and a polyethylene cutting board, this unit optimizes operation.

To prevent ice buildup in the evaporator and evaporator coils, the Hoshizaki PR93B-D6 pizza prep table includes a heated defrost system. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the pan rail maintains temperatures from 16 to 36 degrees Fahrenheit, while the base maintains temperatures from 28 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigerated base is insulated with polyurethane foam for cold-air retention. This unit utilizes a night/day mode that changes the rail temperature based on if it's opened or not; this keeps food fresh by enabling overnight storage.
