Small and compact, the Hoshizaki UF27B-01 reach-in freezer fits underneath countertops comfortably while offering 7.21 cubic-feet of available space for storing frozen foods and ingredients. Its one-section stainless steel design features a single field-reversible door that's spring assisted for ease of use. This door remains open once pulled out to 90 degrees and automatically seals shut at lesser angles. This freezer is paired with insultation along the cabinet and doors to further preserve -10 to 10 degree Fahrenheit temperatures, and it comes with one adjustable shelf to split the open space for optimal utilization. For simplified movement, this unit includes four 4-inch casters with two braking for safe stability.

The Hoshizaki UF27B-04 cold storage chest retains consistently cold temperatures with a developed air distribution system and self-contained refrigeration unit. This air flow system rotates chilled air around the cabin for even cooling, while the rear-mounted refrigeration unit maintains the equipment needed to remove hot air from the cabinet. In this unit, a capillary tubing system spreads hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant throughout as hot air is pushed out. The enamel-coated evaporator removes hot gas condensate, leaving only cold air within. Additionally, it starts defrost cycles at timed intervals for optimal preservation.
