Hoshizaki UF27B-LPD2 27" Steelheart Undercounter Freezer w/ (1) Section & (2) Drawers, 115v

Designed to fit beneath a 34-inch-high counter to meet ADA requirements, the 6.21-cubic-foot capacity, low-profile Hoshizaki UF27B-LPD2 Steelheart® 27-inch undercounter freezer has two insulated, stainless steel slide-out drawers. The drawer slides are constructed of stainless steel with corrosion- and chemical-resistant acetal rollers for durability, and the extruded aluminum drawer handles are flush mounted for a contemporary appearance. The top drawer will accommodate one 20-inch-long by 12-inch-wide by 6-inch-high full-size pan and two quarter-size pans, and the bottom drawer will accommodate one full-size pan. For durability and simplified cleaning, this unit is constructed of stainless steel. This unit includes 2¹/₄-inch casters, two of which have brakes.

Engineered to maintain NSF-7 temperatures in ambient temperatures up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, the Hoshizaki UF27B-LPD2 undercounter freezer's refrigeration system is self-contained, rear mounted, and uses environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The hot gas condensate evaporator saves energy, and the evaporator coil is E-coated for corrosion resistance and enhanced heat transfer efficiency. The off-cycle defrost system prevents ice buildup on the evaporator coil. To keep cold air in, the cabinet and drawers are insulated with 2 inches of non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane. A magnetic drawer gasket provides a secure seal and is removable for cleaning.
