The Hoshizaki UF60B-01 two-section freezer is made of durable stainless steel, which resists corrosion and holds up well over time. Its 15.1-cubic-foot capacity is designed to safely hold frozen food items and maintains even temperatures between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit's front side displays two stainless steel doors€”insulated along with the interior cabinet€”and are opened with two extruded aluminum handles. Two anodized aluminum shelves lay inside each section and are adjustable depending on storage needs. For hassle-free placement in a commercial kitchen, this freezer also rests on four 4-inch casters, two of which brake for necessary stability.

To promote food-safe environments, the Hoshizaki UF60B-01 undercounter unit uses a developed air circulation system and self-contained refrigeration. The latter includes a durable evaporator that works to remove hot gas condensate while a network of capillary tubing spreads R290 refrigerant to push hot air out. With both of these mechanisms combined, the air inside cools down considerably and circulates with the air distribution system. To further protect this unit, the freezer initiates time-based defrosts and features an enamel coating on the evaporator coil to eliminate corrosion risks.
