The Hoshizaki ULR67B undercounter refrigerator has a 19.97-cubic-foot space ideal for two epoxy-coated shelves per section. The shelves are supported with aluminized pilasters, which are spaced in ¹/₂-inch increments. The exterior has a top, front, and sides made of stainless steel, and the stainless steel interior has an ABS top side. Two heavy-duty doors are made with the unit, which feature a steeped design and ABS liner. The doors have a self-closing design and 90-degree stay-open feature, helping maintain temperature-safe conditions within the cabinet. For mobility on floor plans, this unit features 4-inch stem casters.

To grant simple access for maintenance, the Hoshizaki ULR67B Steelheart undercounter refrigerator's self-contained refrigeration system is side mounted. For eco-friendly operations, the unit's capillary tubes use R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The coils combat the buildup of frost via the integral defrost system, and the energy-efficient evaporation system handles excess condensate.
