Measuring 67 inches wide by 33¹/₄ inches deep by 33⁷/₈ inches high, the Hoshizaki ULR67B-D4 Steelheart undercounter refrigerator has four solid drawers with stainless steel frames, acetal rollers, and stops. Each drawer can hold two 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pans, which are not included. This unit and its drawers are made of stainless steel for durability. The cabinet's 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation adds to the structural integrity while preventing cold air from escaping. This refrigerator is fitted with four stem casters, which eases transportation and mobility.

The Hoshizaki ULR67B-D4 undercounter refrigerator supports temperature adjustments from 28 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit, and the current holding temperature is shown on the external display for monitoring. These cold temperatures are created using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the self-contained refrigeration system manages refrigerant use with its capillary tube system. This unit also operates with an off-cycle defrost, evaporation system, and mullion heaters to reduce ice and water buildup.
