To promote simple entry and exit, this door can stay open once propped at 90 degrees and self-closes at lesser angles. Considering this unit has limited space, it comes with one epoxy-coated shelf that's adjustable in ¹/₂-inch increments for optimal customization. Additionally, its silver body rests atop four 4-inch casters for heightened mobility; two of the casters lock to encourage stability as needed.

The Hoshizaki UR27B-01 reach-in refrigerator operates with a ¹/₆-horsepower motor, which powers its refrigeration system. For optimal storage, this system is self-contained, located at the rear, and includes an enamel-coated evaporator to help remove any ambient or hot air. This essential part of refrigeration works with the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 2-inch polyurethane insulation to consistently maintain temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. Similarly, this refrigerator is paired with an innovative air distribution system that encourages the spread of even, cool air throughout the storage space.
