It's constructed of strong stainless steel along the top, sides, front, and interior to resist rust and corrosion despite heavy use and features four 4-inch casters for smooth maneuvering. Similarly, this unit locks in place with two of these casters, creating a stable space that promotes user safety. For simplified access to food items as needed, the undercounter refrigerator is paired with a stainless steel, field-reversible door and an adjustable wire rack.

The Hoshizaki UR27B one-section refrigerator features a self-contained refrigeration system that maximizes storage space while maintaining temperatures between 32 and 52 degrees Fahrenheit. It utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and an enamel-coated evaporator to remove ambient air from the storage cavity, while the air distribution system spreads cool air throughout the unit for a consistently chilled cabin. Considering the evaporator collects moisture that turns into ice after lengthy periods of time, this refrigerator is programmed with off-cycle defrosts to help prevent permanent damage.
