The Hoshizaki UR36B reach-in refrigerator fits comfortably underneath countertops in various settings and resists corrosion because of its stainless steel construction. It boasts an 8.64-cubic-foot capacity that features one adjustable shelf made of anodized aluminum. This storage space is sealed with a stainless steel, field-reversible door and insulation, maintaining temperatures between 32 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, this door is equipped with the stay-open feature when pushed to 90 degrees and automatically shuts at lesser angles. To facilitate smooth movement when needed, this refrigerator is placed atop four 4-inch casters with two that brake for additional stability.

The Hoshizaki UR36B undercounter refrigerated unit uses a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system and a developed air distribution method to ensure food products remain safe for consumption. The refrigeration component includes an evaporator and a durable enamel-coated evaporator coil that work to expel hot gas condensate. Additionally, eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant travels through a network of capillary tubing to remove hot air for consistently cold temperatures. This refrigerator is programmed with off-cycle defrosts, which suspend refrigeration to thaw ice buildup and ensure all parts run efficiently.
