The Hoshizaki UR48B-LPD4 48-inch Steelheart;™ undercounter refrigerator is designed for ADA compliance and to fit under 34-inch-high work counters. The stainless steel exterior and interior add durability and simplify cleaning. It has a 12-cubic-foot capacity with four drawers that accommodate full- and fractional-size pans up to 6 inches deep. The removable, magnetic gaskets simplify cleaning and provide a solid seal. This unit can be moved on the four included 21/4-inch casters, two of which have brakes.
The Hoshizaki UR48B-LPD4 undercounter refrigerator is designed for efficient cooling with a low environmental impact. It utilizes environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain NSF-7 temperatures in ambient conditions up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigeration system uses a hot gas condensate evaporator to conserve energy, and the evaporator coil is e-coated for corrosion resistance and enhanced heat transfer. This unit has 2 inches of CFC-free polyurethane insulation to maintain optimal temperatures.
