The Hoshizaki WF60B-01 worktop freezer is made of durable stainless steel features two sections for storage. The freezer is designed for use in commercial kitchens looking to add refrigerated storage that also serves as a workspace. It's equipped with a smooth, flat worktop and offers 15.1 cubic feet of internal storage space. The freezer is 60 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 40 inches tall and sits on four casters.

The two cabinets feature stainless steel interiors and both sport an epoxy-coated shelf that can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments for customizable storage solutions. The doors features a special stepped design, which protects the gaskets from damage and prolongs the service life of the unit as a whole. The worktop of the unit has a backsplash that allows users to prepare a wide variety of foods without the mess extending beyond the unit. The cabinets are insulated and can be locked to prevent tampering when not in use.

The Hoshizaki WF60B-01 commercial worktop freezer's refrigeration system has a non-electric evaporator that works to conserve energy. It features an epoxy coating to protect it from corrosion, and it undergoes a regular defrost to prevent frost from building up on the coil. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to cool the inside of the freezer to a set temperature between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping the stored food at a safe temperature.
