From the Steelheart series, the Hoshizaki WLF67B worktop freezer base features a reach-in design and a 19.97 -cubic-foot interior fitted with four adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves. Two solid doors enclose the space and self-close to reduce excessive cold air loss. The cabinet's worktop accommodates countertop equipment, dishware, or packaging as needed. To ensure durability in commercial applications, the cabinet is made of stainless steel.

The Hoshizaki WLF67B freezer base utilizes a self-contained refrigeration system that's positioned at the bottom-left side of the cabinet. This system is equipped with a set of background hardware designed to prolong the life of the refrigeration system; these include a non-electronic evaporator and time-initiated defrost. To add to the system's efficiency, it uses R290 refrigerant, an eco-friendly alternative to traditional refrigerants.
