For storage, each drawer holds two 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pans, which are sold separately, and are outfitted with aluminum handles and magnetic snap-in gaskets. To facilitate repositioning, this unit is positioned on six stem casters, and three of the casters have brakes for stability when stationary. Overall, this refrigerator measures 93 inches wide by 33¹/₄ inches deep by 40¹/₄ inches high.

The Hoshizaki WLR93B-D6 worktop refrigerator is constructed of stainless steel for durability, and its self-contained refrigeration system is side mounted, providing access for cleanup or preventive maintenance. This unit utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation to keep its operating temperature between 28 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit, which is set using the digital controls.
