The Howard-McCray SC-CMS34N-10-LED full-service red meat case features a white interior and exterior that draws attention to the meats inside. This neutral tone also enables staff to identify each cut and helps when monitoring for spills. Affixed to the front is the straight window made with thermal-insulated glass, while the four back doors are constructed of double-paned glass. At the rear of the operator's side of the unit is a storage compartment fitted with two doors.

The Howard-McCray SC-CMS34N-10-LED red meat service case features a self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes R513a refrigerant. Operators can set the desired holding temperature between 34 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit. While the defrost system functions automatically to prevent ice development, the full-length and humidity coils reduce condensation within the cabinet.
