With a stainless steel construction, the Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-3-S Impulse horizontal open-air cooler features straight plexiglass panels, which can be removed to create an endless design, and a removable front grill for cleaning. For security and reduced energy consumption, this unit comes with a night cover. Overall, this cooler measures 39 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 44 inches high, and the 61-cubic-foot interior is fitted with step shelves and an electric condensate pan.

The Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-3-S cooler is built with air screen technology, low-velocity fans, and a perforated rear wall to create an even airflow and maintain cool cabinet temperatures. Operators can adjust the unit's holding temperature using the digital controls, while the self-contained refrigeration system produces temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure smooth operation, the air defrost operates automatically, runs six cycles per day, and reduces ice development on coils and other vital components.
