The Howard-McCray SC-CFS32E-4-BE-LED fish/poultry case keeps food cool in its self-contained case using the R513A expansion valve system and digital controls. The holding temperature can be set between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, which is maintained with the unit's foam insulation and air-insulated baffle. To preserve product moisture levels, the refrigeration system includes a full-length gravity coil, and the automatic defrost reduces frost development.
