The Howard-McCray R-CBS40E-4C-LED bakery display case features a white exterior and interior that help reflect light throughout the cabinet, enhancing the appearance of displayed baked goods. Measuring 51¹/₂ inches wide, this single-duty unit includes an extra-wide, double bend curved-glass front and two rows of illuminated tempered-glass shelves. Products rest on an epoxy-coated main deck that resists rust in humid environments. The stainless steel top provides a 13³/₄-inch-deep surface for display staging or utensil placement, while the endless design permits uninterrupted installation with matching cases. Built with a heavy gauge steel frame, this unit withstands high-volume commercial use.

The Howard-McCray R-CBS40E-4C-LED refrigerated case uses a top-mounted gravity coil to supply consistent cooling across all display levels. Moisture is managed by an air-insulated baffle that reduces condensation inside the case, and foamed-in-place CFC-free insulation helps preserve internal temperatures. A Copevap system eliminates the need for a condensate pan, and a drain is integrated for interior cleaning. Rear access is granted through McGlide sliding doors made of double-pane glass, which can be removed for servicing. Front and rear grilles are detachable, and 1¹/₂-inch removable end panels support lineup flexibility.
