Howard-McCray 51 1/2" Full Service Bakery Case w/ Curved Glass - (3) Levels, 115v (R-CBS40E-4C-S-LED)

The stainless steel interior and exterior of the Howard-McCray R-CBS40E-4C-S-LED refrigerated bakery display case offer durability and a clean, professional appearance for commercial foodservice environments. Measuring 51¹/₂ inches wide, this single-duty model uses an extra-wide, double bend curved-glass front to display baked goods across three levels. Two rows of lit tempered-glass shelves sit above a corrosion-resistant epoxy-coated main deck. The 13³/₄-inch stainless steel top can be used for plating or merchandising, and the endless design permits this unit to line up with others in continuous installation.

The Howard-McCray R-CBS40E-4C-S-LED bakery case is equipped with a full-length gravity coil at the top of the cabinet for even cold air distribution. An air-insulated baffle helps prevent condensation from forming inside the case, and foamed-in-place CFC-free insulation helps maintain consistent internal temperatures. The rear doors are made of double-pane glass and slide open using the McGlide system for easy access. This model includes 1¹/₂-inch removable end panels and a rear stainless steel panel with a brushed finish. A built-in drain supports cleaning, while both the front and rear grilles are removable for servicing. It is designed for remote refrigeration and comes with an R448A expansion valve; remote condensing units and hookups are not included.
