The Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-4-LED cooler holds temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit using digital thermostatic controls. While the perforated rear wall and low-velocity fans evenly distribute air, the cabinet's foam insulation and air screen technology help the unit retain food-safe temperatures.
