This unit is made of heavy-gauge steel to ensure long lasting use, and the white interior and exterior blend with other equipment for a cohesive design that appeals to customers. To enhance the customer's view of the interior items, this cooler has LED lights on the top.

To maximize storage capability, the Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-5-LED open merchandiser has two step shelves that provide a total of three levels for holding inventory. This unit has a self-contained refrigeration system to simplify installation and relies on an expansion valve system to achieve set temperatures. To prevent ice from accumulating on the interior and internal components, this merchandiser has an electric defrost that operates on a six-day cycle.
