The Howard-McCray SC-CMS32E-6-LED red meat service case from the 32E series features a single-level compartment spanning 34.5 cubic feet. The deck shelf is made of aluminum and painted white to match the white interior and exterior; this neutral tone enables the red meats to stand out and attract customer attention. Two strips of LED lighting illuminate the interior and work with the thermal-insulated glass window to provide a clear view of product being displayed.

The Howard-McCray SC-CMS32E-6-LED full-service display case's self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R513a refrigerant. Staff must access the electronic controller to set the holding temperature between 34 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit, and to prevent ice development, the defrost system functions automatically once daily. The top-mounted gravity coil reduces condensation accumulation, while the humidity coil positioned below the deck shelf helps to keep the meats at proper moisture levels.
