Built with a heavy gauge steel superstructure for strength and stability, the Howard-McCray R-CBS40E-6C-BE-LED refrigerated bakery display case is a full front access unit with a 75¹/₂-inch-wide footprint and double bend curved-glass front. Its single-duty design features two rows of lit tempered-glass shelves and an epoxy-coated main deck to support product visibility and sanitation. A black exterior and white interior create contrast for enhanced display appeal, and a 13³/₄-inch stainless steel top offers a surface for prep or plating. The endless case design enables continuous lineups with other units.

The Howard-McCray R-CBS40E-6C-BE-LED bakery case uses a top-mounted gravity coil to distribute cold air across the cabinet's display area. An air-insulated baffle minimizes condensation from entering the case, while foamed-in-place CFC-free insulation preserves cold temperatures. Rear McGlide sliding doors are constructed of double-pane glass and can be removed for servicing, and both the front and rear grilles detach for cleaning access. The unit includes a drain in the cabinet floor for interior sanitation and comes with 1¹/₂-inch removable end panels for configuration flexibility. Designed for remote refrigeration, this model includes an R448A expansion valve; remote condensing units and hookups are not included.
