Howard-McCray 75 1/2" Full Service Red Meat Case w/ Straight Glass - (1) Level, 115v (SC-CMS40E-6-BE-LED)

The Howard-McCray SC-CMS40E-6-BE-LED full-service case is designed to accommodate large spreads of meat. It measures 76¹/₂ inches wide and features one level. The front glass window is straight to prevent condensation from collecting, the Copevap condensation system prevents water droplet buildup, and the full-length humidity coil maintains designated humidity levels within the cabinet.

The Howard-McCray SC-CMS40E-6-BE-LED red meat full-service case features a self-contained refrigeration system at the bottom of the unit that uses R513a refrigerant and is fitted with removable front and back grilles for ease of cleaning and maintenance. The exterior of the unit is painted black to complement surrounding equipment, while the interior is white to enhance the color of the meat. The trim, top, and ends are made of stainless steel for durability.
