Made of heavy-gauge steel and featuring a black construction, the Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-6C-B-LED Impulse horizontal open-air cooler is durable and hides the appearance of stains. For an endless configuration, the curved plexiglass sides are removable. The front grill is also removable for cleaning or servicing, while the 1-inch front bumper prevents damage caused by collisions. The 108-cubic-foot interior is fitted with step shelves for organized displays, while the LED lighting attracts customer attention to boosts impulse sales.

The Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-6C-B-LED cooler's self-contained refrigeration system features a hermetic design for an airtight and leak-free performance. Its air defrost system performs six cycles per day to melt frost and ice on integral parts, while the electric condensate pan reduces accumulated moisture. Cold temperatures in the cabinet are maintained with foamed-in-place insulation, low-velocity fans, and air screen technology, and the temperature level can be set between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit using the electronic controls.
