This unit is a cooler and not a refrigerator, so foods must be pre-chilled before placing them in this case, which keeps them between 38 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For cleaning, this cooler features a removable floor pan and front grille.

The Howard McCray SC-OP35E-6S-LED vertical open-air cooler has a self-contained refrigeration system that uses high-efficiency air screen technology and eco-friendly R404A refrigerant. Equipped with low-velocity fans below the front deck and a perforated rear wall, temperatures are distributed uniformly throughout the unit. To guarantee consistent temperatures, this cooler is electronically controlled with an automatic defrost setting to minimize frost buildup.
