The Howard McCray SC-CMS35-8-LED full-service red meat case includes an air-insulated baffle to ensure moisture does not drip on the displayed food below. This stainless steel unit is durable, expedites cleaning, and has a white interior with a thermal-insulated, straight viewing glass. The removable doors feature a rear compression door jamb to reduce energy costs by preventing air from creeping outside. This self-contained unit comes with two rows of lighting for optimal product visibility. The refrigeration system includes a humidity coil and an electronically controlled, automatic defrost. This case is available in 4-, 6-, 8-, 10-, and 12-foot lengths, and in white, black, and stainless steel (upcharge); please contact customer care to specify a different model.
