Howard-McCray 98" Full Service Red Meat Case w/ Straight Glass - (1) Level, 115v (SC-CMS32E-8-LED)

Part of the 32E series, the Howard-McCray SC-CMS32E-8-LED full-service red meat case features a durable, heavy-gauge steel super structure designed to withstand heavy use. The sides of the unit can be removed so it can be linked with others of its kind, and both the unit's interior and exterior are white to provide an appealing backdrop that enables the meat to stand out. Two strips of LED lights illuminate the space and work with the thermal-insulated front window to provide a clear interior view.

Operators must use the Howard-McCray SC-CMS32E-8-LED service case's electronic controller to set the temperature between 34 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit. The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R513a refrigerant, and to prevent condensation development, the unit is outfitted with a top-mounted gravity coil. The centered humidity coil is positioned below the aluminum deck shelf to keep the meat at proper moisture levels.
