The Howard-McCray R-CBS40E-8C-BE-LED refrigerated bakery display case showcases pastries, desserts, and baked goods with a 99¹/₂-inch-wide, full-service design. This unit incorporates extra-wide, double bend curved glass and a single-duty configuration for front-facing merchandising. Two rows of lit tempered-glass shelves are positioned above a corrosion-resistant epoxy-coated deck, while a white interior reflects light to improve visibility. The top-mounted gravity coil ensures uniform cooling, and an air-insulated baffle minimizes condensation inside the cabinet. This unit features a black exterior with stainless steel mirror trim and a 13³/₄-inch-deep stainless steel top for service or prep activities.

Designed for modular installation, the Howard McCray R-CBS40E-8C-BE-LED bakery case has an endless format to permit a continuous lineup with matching cases. The rear McGlide sliding doors are double pane and removable for service access, and both the front and rear grilles can be detached for cleaning. Insulated with foamed-in-place CFC-free foam, this model includes a drain for interior maintenance and a Copevap system that eliminates the need for a condensate pan. The included R448A expansion valve supports remote refrigeration, though remote condensing units and hookups are not included.
