The Ice-O-Matic CIM0330FA Elevation™ modular cube ice maker produces up to 305 pounds of full-size cubes each day. These cubes measure ⁷/₈ inch by ⁷/₈ inch by ⁷/₈ inch and are commonly used in beverage service. The condenser is air-cooled and self-contained, which makes the unit easy to install and service. The versatile dual exhaust design allows hot air to be discharged from the top or the side, providing operators with flexible installation options.

To ensure the unit is given routine maintenance, an LED status display alerts the operator when the unit requires cleaning. The sanitization and descaling processes are also aided by one-touch controls that help operations save time and labor. Many of the Ice-O-Matic CIM0330FA Elevation modular cube ice maker's components can be cleaned in the dishwasher, and the ice maker's built-in antimicrobial protection slows the growth of bacteria to keep ice safe and fresh between cleanings.
