The Ice-O-Matic CIM0330FW ice maker produces full-size ice cubes at a maximum rate of 316 pounds per day in ideal conditions. Its LED display keeps users aware of status updates, and its one-touch controls simplify descaling and sanitizing. This unit is water cooled and features a self-contained condenser to streamline installation.
To defend against the growth of unsanitary bacteria, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0330FW ice machine head is protected with antimicrobial PURE ICE®. The components in the food zone can be removed and washed in a dishmachine to facilitate thorough cleaning. Because this unit discharges air from the top as well as the side, it can be installed in a variety of locations.
