The Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HW ice machine head produces half-size cubes at a maximum rate of 310 pounds per day. Its built-in antimicrobial PURE ICE® inhibits bacterial growth, and it descales and sanitizes at the push of a button. This water-cooled unit features a self-contained condenser to streamline installation.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HW ice maker discharges air from the top as well as the side to offer installation flexibility. Its plastic food zone eliminates crevices that could harbor bacteria, and its components can be removed and cleaned in the dishwasher. Operators can monitor the unit's status on a clear LED display.
