The Ice-O-Matic CIM0430HW half-cube ice machine can make a maximum of 460 pounds of ice daily, though if environmental conditions aren't ideal, it makes closer to 380 pounds per day. Facilitating installation and reducing the risk of cross contamination, the condenser is water cooled and self-contained. Reducing the spread of bacteria in a high-traffic environment, PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection is built into the unit.

To facilitate cleaning, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0430HW ice machine head has a plastic food zone that can be wiped clean, while the interior components are removable for dishwasher cleaning. Controling descaling and sanitizing, users can start the process with the push of a button, and to make sure the unit is operating at peak efficiency, they can read status updates on the LED display.
