Producing full-size ice cubes, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0436FW ice machine head has a water-cooled condenser. Easing installation and reducing cross-contamination risks, this condenser is self-contained. When ambient temperatures are high, it makes close to 350 pounds of ice per day, though if conditions are ideal, it can make as much as 465 pounds daily. Slowing microbe growth, the unit has PURE ICE® antimicrobial built into it.

The Ice-O-Matic CIM0436FW full-cube ice machine head can be cleaned with the push of a button, which starts the descaling and sanitizing process. The food zone components can be removed and placed in the dishwasher for cleaning. Providing status updates for monitoring, this unit has an LED display.
