The Ice-O-Matic CIM0530HW Elevation™ modular cube ice maker produces up to 530 pounds of half-cube ice each day in 70 degrees Fahrenheit ambient operating temperatures. Half-cube ice works well in soft drinks and blended frozen drinks, as well as in bagged and dispensed ice operations. The Universal Smart Harness™ has digital diagnostics and a common configuration, so the unit is easy to install and service.

To ensure the unit is routinely cleaned, one-touch controls for the sanitizing and descaling processes are included, and an LED status display indicates when cleaning is required. The Ice-O-Matic CIM0530HW Elevation modular cube ice maker's plastic food zone is easy to wipe clean since it is made without crevices. Bacteria growth is slowed by the Agion® antimicrobial protection.
