The Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FR ice machine head measures 301/4 inches in width by 241/4 inches in depth by 269/10 inches in height and is part of the Elevation Series™. This piece of equipment produces full-cube ice, which is the largest after gourmet. They measure 7/8 by 7/8 by 7/8 inch and are rhomboidal in shape.
Producing as much as 968 pounds of ice per 24 hours in ideal ambient conditions, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FR modular cube ice maker is a remote-cooled system, outsourcing noise and heat from commercial kitchens to enhance the atmosphere. This unit is excellent for large establishments with various pieces of refrigeration equipment. To inhibit the spread of bacteria, the machine has built-in PURE ICE® antimicrobial protection.
