Its cooking plate has a 24-inch width and 24-inch depth, optimal for cooking herb-infused filet mignons or smoky pork chops that are finished with charbroil markings for a wholistic dining experience. This steel plate is 1-inch thick to maintain the heat that its two burners emit, and aerations baffles are included in the design to evenly disperse heat across the whole cooking surface. This griddle can be turned on with ease through its instant ignition and doesn't require temperature guesswork because of its thermostatic controls which are set to an exact, numerical heat.

The Imperial IGG-24 commercial griddle runs on natural gas and is supported in its countertop placement by being attached to four 4-inch legs for necessary air flow and little residue build up underneath the unit. To further facilitate cleaning, this griddle is paired with a 4-inch-wide grease gutter for drainage, a detachable 1-gallon-capacity grease bucket to collect the excess, and stainless steel surfaces to promote simple wiping after use. Because of its strong build, this griddle is long-lasting down to its break-resistant control knobs and is a great addition to most kitchens.
