Its 1-inch-thick griddle plate holds its heat for long periods of time and offers a grooved design for grill marks, creating the final touches on skewered shrimp and breakfast sausages. With measurements of 36 inches by 24 inches and a three-burner design, this griddle provides even, controlled heat for a variety of purposes. In addition to these burners being spaced out every 12 inches, this griddle is paired with aeration baffles to evenly disperse the heat for optimal conduction.

The Imperial IGG-36 gas griddle is powered by natural gas and utilizes a 4-inch-wide grease gutter and 1-gallon grease can to catch all grease runoff. It can be turned on with its instant ignition, offering very quick power and heat that any employee in the workplace can access. This griddle is operated with thermostatic controls€”settings that apply an exact temperature to the griddle€”with break-resistant knobs for added longevity.
