Imperial IMGA-2428-1 24" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The natural gas-powered Imperial IMGA-2428-1 gas griddle is designed for countertop use and features a cooking surface measuring 24 inches wide by 24 inches deep. The cooking surface is made of polished stainless steel and is 1 inch thick for improved heat retention. The thick plate and aerated baffles spaced between the burners underneath allow heat to be distributed evenly across the griddle surface, and its splash guard wraps around the back and sides of the griddle, helping reduce grease splatter. There is a grease can with a 1-gallon capacity attached underneath the griddle.

The three U-shaped burners in the Imperial IMGA-2428-1 griddle can each be controlled independently by manual knobs ranging from low to high. The griddle outputs 60,000 BTUs and features a continuous pilot light that eliminates the need to manually light the burners. Four 4-inch stainless steel legs keep the griddle raised above the counter surface, and this griddle measures 24 inches wide by 32³/₈ inches deep, and 14 inches tall.
