Imperial IMGA-3628-1 36" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Imperial IMGA-3628-1 gas griddle features manual controls€”one knob for each of the U-shaped burners. It's constructed of stainless steel and designed for countertop use with four 4-inch legs that elevate it off the counter's surface and away from combustible materials. The griddle is equipped with splash guards on the back and two sides, helping reduce the splatter from batter or grease. Grease becomes trapped in the 4-inch-wide grease gutter and then drains into the grease can. The grease can has a 1-gallon capacity and features a weep hole that leaks grease when the can is at capacity.

The Imperial IMGA-3628-1 gas griddle is powered by natural gas and is equipped with a pilot light, reducing the need to reignite the burners. The burners are spaced every 12 inches and between them is an aerated baffle, which works to evenly distribute heat across and through the 1-inch-thick griddle plate. The plate is smooth polished steel and sports a 36-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep cooking surface; overall, it measures 36 inches wide by 32³/₈ inches deep by 14 inches tall.
