Imperial IMGA-4828-1 48" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Imperial IMGA-4828-1 gas griddle is manually controlled using large knobs on the stainless steel front; each knob controls one of three burners beneath the 1-inch-thick griddle plate. The burners are placed every 12 inches and between them are aeration baffles that capture heat and help distribute it evenly across the cooking surface. The griddle provides a large cooking surface at 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep, allowing a significant amount of food to be prepared at once.

The grease from cooking goes into the 4-inch-wide grease gutter and then funnels into the grease can below which has a 1-gallon capacity. The grease can in this Imperial IMGA-4828-1 commercial gas griddle is easy to remove and empty, and it features a weep hole that indicates when the can has reached capacity. Because it's designed for countertop use, the griddle stands up on four 4-inch legs to raise this piece to a comfortable working height. The griddle plate is made of smooth polished steel that retains heat, and the entire unit measures 48 inches wide by 32³/₈ inches deep by 14 inches tall.
