Imperial IMGA-4828 48" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 3/4" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Imperial IMGA-4828 gas griddle is powered by natural gas and features three burners, each of which are controlled manually using large knobs. The burners are spaced 12 inches apart and between each is an aerated baffle that helps evenly distribute heat across and through the griddle plate. So it can retain heat, the griddle plate is ³/₄ inches thick and measures 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep.

The Imperial IMGA-4828 commercial gas griddle has a stainless steel splash guard on the sides and back, which helps stop grease and batter splatters from covering the rest of the workstation. Excess grease drains into the 4-inch-wide grease gutter, then funnels into the grease can attached to the underside of the griddle. The grease can has a 1-gallon capacity, and when it needs to be emptied, a weep hole will leak a small amount of grease as an indicator. The griddle is intended for countertop use, so it features four 4-inch stainless steel legs that bring the griddle up off the counter's surface; this unit measures 48 inches wide by 32³/₈ inches deep by 14 inches tall.
